Réveillon is a New Orleans tradition dating back to the mid-1800s. Back then, Creole families celebrated Réveillon twice during the holidays, Christmas Eve and again on New Year’s Eve.

Now Réveillon is celebrated on a nightly basis with rich, indulgent, and very delicious multi-course meals in December at premier restaurants throughout New Orleans and now annually at Marais!

Cajun Butternut Squash Bisque

Bourbon Street Outside Skirt Steak

Bourbon, spiced, marinated, grilled outside skirt steak, Cajun candied caramel pecan sweet potatoes
Braised Berkshire Pork Osso Bucco

Braised bone in Berkshire fork tender pork shank, wild mushroom, parmesan risotto
Pan Roasted or Blackened Gulf Fish

Wild caught seasonal gulf fish finished with mango pico saffron rice
