Marais features white tablecloth dining under vaulted ceilings, gas lamps and chandeliers everywhere, cedar beams, historic architecture, and local art. Our cuisine is handmade by the finest chefs in Galveston County led by Executive Chef Frank Pannitti and served in an "old school" service style led by Douglas Geters, a 26 year veteran of Clary's Seafood, Galveston Island.
